We loved everything ! The views, owners, restaurant! When we came they was just preparing gresh grape jam, the smell was amazing!

During our stay at Al Marnich, we were blown away by the stunning view of the valley below. The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was hearty and delicious, with homemade bread and fresh goats milk from the farm. The rooms were comfortable and provided a cozy retreat. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful walks in the hills above Al Marnich, where we discovered World War 1 fortifications, albeit poorly signposted. The dinner menu changed daily and the meals were absolutely delicious, especially the amazing goats cheese platter made from cheese produced on the farm. Additionally, the cable car journey from Argegno to Pigra, just 20 minutes away by car, was a breathtaking experience. The vibrant atmosphere during breakfast, with guests from different nationalities, added to the memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable honeymoon retreat.

Great rural experience close to nature, providing a getaway from city crowds. Hidden gem located in a quiet part of the mountain with breathtaking views.

Very difficult access to the hotel, especially at night, a narrow road with many bends.

Driving the narrow, windy road to Al Marnich is not for the faint of heart, but the rewards of incredible vistas, charming but rustic facilities and a wonderful staff are worth the effort. We stayed three nights. We enjoyed our meals in the family like setting and meeting other travellers. The breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel dogs were lovable ( we would have loved to made off with the puppy but it was too darn big!) The humble graciousness of the staff was totally unexpected.

The views were stunning, staff friendly, location peaceful and quiet.

Friendly staff, amazing homemade food, fantastic location and view. Very relaxing and absolutely beautiful.

We had the best time exploring the beautiful trails on the mountain bikes we rented. The views were breathtaking and we even saw some cool animals like foxes and deer. And when we were tired from all the biking, we had a blast kayaking on Lake Como. Such a fun and adventurous vacation!

The only thing I would ask for is more nighttime activities for us young party-goers. It would be so cool to have some late-night events or parties at the farmhouse.

Good rural outlook, our gps found it! It would be a great location if you are interested in outdoor activities like hiking, unfortunately we didn't have time for this trip.

Wonderful experience, especially our kids liked the coziness, cats and and the goats. Scenery was wonderful, the restaurant very intimate and the host family very friendly.

Don't expect any luxury accommodation. If you arrive during dark evening, be aware that the road might seem long and you almost loose your faith before reaching the goal, but in a way it is a little 'adventure' of its own.
